For Guests Picking Up Produce

• This location is DUTA Reserve ONLY — guests must reserve their produce in advance through the Borderlands website.

• No cash donations will be accepted at this site.

• Because this is a new location, these procedures may change after the host has had a chance to evaluate operations.

• This event is Drive-Thru Style; please remain in your vehicle and follow volunteer instructions.

Volunteer Information

• Volunteers needed from 6 AM – 12 PM (full shift)

• Volunteers receive:
  • A free 70-lb box of rescued produce
  • Camaraderie
  • The satisfaction of serving the community

About P.O.W.W.O.W.

Produce On Wheels With-Out Waste (P.O.W.W.O.W.) is Arizona’s largest produce redistribution program, operating from November through August in partnership with 30+ nonprofits statewide. For a minimum $15 cash donation, participants can take home up to 70 pounds of fresh, rescued produce while helping reduce food waste. Each season, Borderlands rescues and redistributes 20–30 million pounds of produce that would otherwise go to waste.
